Re: architekts log started a new routine today...well, its basically the same as what i'm already doing, except i've opted to do 5x5 on the basic movements (bench press, deadlifts, squats)
**also, duno what it is exactly, my training partners noticed it, and pointed it out a dew times, is that i seem to get stronger towards the end of my sets!?
i.e. will start a set struggling to do 6-8, and then next set, bang out 10 like its nothing.
duno what it is...
i'm not saying its a bad thing...it's just i'm finding it a little hard to workout the level i'm at.. ______________________
