Re: The Way of the Warrior 255 at 6'3" sounds like a good weight to me. you've been working out several years so no doubt you carry some muscle. you must binge eat in the evenings cos you don't eat much food through the day. i'd say, slightly obvious, eat clean strictly, mon to fri, eat whatever at weekends and put in regular cardio. weight loss doesn't mean starvation. i've learned this lesson. this year i'm eating, and you know what, it's coming off. ______________________ www.rachael-grice.co.uk |
