Thanks for this mate. I really appreciate it. So shall i do this routine 3 times a week for 3-6 months?

deadlifts and/or squats
bench presses or dips (if you can do bodyweight dips)
pulldowns or rows (or chinups if you can do them)
overhead presses (standing, seated, dumbbells ...)
