Help Please! ay everybody alright so i got a few qestions about dieting im 19 years old and ive been liftin weights regularly since i was 16, im in fairley good shape, for my size and weight im pretty strong i think. the problem is im not cut. i know my diet could be better without a doubt but its so hard! with my parents gettin fast food and all the junk food in the house.i just want to be good size, lean and have a six pack. But the will power is so hard to not eat the junk food. can anybody give any ideas on what to eat so i can get lean and maybe break my bad eating habbits, i really dont like salads but i guess if thats the only way its the only way LOL.
