Re: 2007 plans After last year out training for my dan grade I'm back focussing on bodybuilding and concentrating on adding mass this year. Last time I competed I was a Novice, the next step up for me is Heavyweights/Tall class so I'll be bulking for as long as it takes until I have enough size to have a chance at winning, however many years that takes. Priorities for me at the moment are bi peak, upper chest, balancing rear delts. I'll be training with these having priority for at least the next 3 months the reassessing then to see if anything else needs adjusting. Packing the size back on at the moment... up 21lb since my grading at end of Dec. but I did lose a bit for it in the first place. |
