quite happy with myself as i did 150kg squats today. reckon i could have gone a bit heavier aswell!
squats:
20kg/20 reps - warm up (bar only)
60kg/15 reps - warm up
90kg/12 reps
120kg/10 reps
150kg/10 reps
other exercises:
leg curls
calf raises
leg extensions
then basic abs training. ______________________
Mmm...it burn's!...10 more reps!
