Arimidex does decrease the amount of oestrogen in your body. 6-OXO works in the same way(but not nearly as powerful what with being legal and all). I took 6-OXO and Nolva as pCT after a M1T and 4-Ad cycle and that worked fine.

I don't know if you have started a M1T cycle yet but if you haven't started yet then get some 4-AD to stack with it. I tried M1T by itself and felt terrible. Stack it with 4-AD (plus lots of fresh fruit and veg and the usual liver support stuff) and you'll feel a hell of a lot better.
