My goals are to keep doing what ive been doing for the most part. Put on good muscle size and maintain good body fat % and a 6 pack

. keep the training hard and keep the cardio up. nice clean diet 6-7 meals a day cycling carbs every 3 days or so.
Ive just recently put my back, shoulders and tris in the first 2 days of my weekly training routine to try bring them up to proportion with my chest and front delts. I gotta reallly start killing my calves and hams more too.
