this is a common question, hopfully in the near future the extreme website will make this difference between the 2 products a little more clear for people who may not know the ins and outs of nutrition.
basically there are 2 products: Extreme Protein - this is a blend of a number of different types of powdered proteins, basically this means the proteins get assimilated into your body slower than regular whey on its own. so is a better option for when protein is used in between meals... because teh body gets a steady stream of nutrients. Extreme Performance Whey - this is basically just whey protein, its very quickly absorbed into the body, meaning that when a quick surge of nutrients is needed (i.e. directly after training) this is the choice you want!!
hopefully the above clears up your question, as to what is best for you... as i said in your other post, what supplements you use really does depend on how your daily diet and training is structured and how you want to incorporate the supplements into that routine.
the protein and creatine are 2 excellent and proven supplements that are good additions for both experienced bodybuilders and beginners alike. so your on the right track here.. with regard leukic.. i cant comment as have not used it, from what i know the science behind it is excellent adn in theory (i.e. in laboratory tests) its an excellent substance.. however the transfer into a marketable (and profitable) supplement usually means the dosages the end consumers receive are lowered and the bioavailability is reduced... rendering the product as nothing more than a gimmick.... but thats just an educated guesss on my behalf... let us know how you get on with it!
you could also have a browse through the articles on the extreme website... theres some excellent ones on there!! hopefully in the future there should be something on there too giving some excellent info to begginers on how to structure the timings of their supplements (when to take what for best effect etc.) and explaining how each supplement will help their training. ______________________
