Looks like a cut & paste job to me. A basic knowledge of biochemistry would show that creatine is intra-cellular and protein extra-cellular as the ribosomes within the cell send the messages for peptide replication and addition to existing cells. Plus ALL creatine eventually is metabolised into creatinine and excreted which is why your body constantly creates the stuff in the liver from the aminos arginine, glycine, and methionine.
It wouldn't be so bad but their is so much info out there on creatine that anyone should be able to read a couple of articles and have a basic knowledge and not need to just cut and paste someone elses material.
But i guess we all have to start learning somewhere!!
