Running/jog advice I want to build up my cardio as quickly as possible and I need to know what sort of increments to be using.
I'm fair sedate at the moment and I don't want to strain myself so I know I'll nee to be careful. One person I asked suggested if I go out for a run 3 to 4 times a week then I should be looking to increase the distance/intensity by about 10% every week, does this sound correct?
If not, what would be the better idea?
