AND whatever difference there is, is this likely to be shown in a normal guy leaning out? or is the difference mainly going to be for someone on a competition diet whos bodyfat is already quite low?
yohimbine is actually something on my list of "things to tinker with"......... as my stores of ab fat are usually the second last to go... followed by my smooth bicepness... anything i can use to target these??? |
Valid point Lee mate, I tried to get that across in the original post as you have to be pretty close to contest condition for it to be really noticable, however, that is purely relative. I'll attempt to explain.....
If you pinch your glute fat and its an inch thick , but you add yohimbine and it reduces by 2mm that means its an 8% difference. If, However you pinch and its 8mm thick, i.e you can see faint outline of ripped glutes [not a plug for the forum BTW] and you add yohimbine & it reduces by 2mm, then its been a 25% reduction. So the leaner you are the better you will
see the effect, but, that does not preclude it from
having an effect irrespective of initial bodyfat levels.
It might be a question worth firing at Paul George, as I've been informed that both he & Lohanni use Yohimbine for the specific reason of getting the Legs & glutes shredded.
One more point for LeeB, Yohimbine will help very little with Ab fat as it targets the alpha 2 receptors located predominantly in the hips glutes & thigh. Abdominal fat is typically as sign of higher cortisol levels so a better plan would be Phosphotydylserine or aminoglutathiamide as these both help suppress cortisol. Insulin does too but as you'll be dieting that'll be a no-no.
