im gonna be a worky bugger here....
am not at all doubting what neil is sayin...
i just think its all a bit overly technical... dieting is dieting for me... its about working hard metally and physically to strip the fat off... and at the end of the day... if you work hard enough for long enough yo will get shredded... too many people rely on chemicals and potions to get them cut! and usually they are cut in a few places... but smooth in many more!!
i actually agree with what neil has said..... my question is tho.... how effectively can you actually spot reduce? i.e. is it a 5% 10% 20% difference in where fat is burned?
AND whatever difference there is, is this likely to be shown in a normal guy leaning out? or is the difference mainly going to be for someone on a competition diet whos bodyfat is already quite low?
yohimbine is actually something on my list of "things to tinker with"......... as my stores of ab fat are usually the second last to go... followed by my smooth bicepness... anything i can use to target these??? ______________________
