bob i have ( and somewhat had) the same prob. Your referring to the back "love handles" Ive been dieting for 3 months now, pretty low carbs, high protein and healthy fat. combined with good training and cardio, ive managed to shed a decent amount of fat and keep my upper body (although i did lose some at first, it eventually got stronger again). if anyhting my upperbody is leaner, and looks much better.
it just takes time, and if ur natural, it takes longer. From my front i have a pretty good 6 pack, from the back u can still a bit fat sitting there. just be patient, it wont happen over night, ive had to tell myself this alot to keep going like this. Ive been experimenting loads with alot of stuff. gl to ya. |
