this may be a dumb question but i am serious. Is there an avg wait time? I havnt noticed any changes since i stopped my last ( and very light) cycle. Most guys i know get lazy and lose their drive to work out or even lose their sex drive for a bit.

I havnt had any of this. Is it reasonable to believe im " back to normal" in such a short period, although, embarrasing enough as it is, the ' little guys" are still kinda little

im gonna add another question here, if u remember a while ago i was asking if alot of sex would be detrimental to muscle growth. Out of curiosity, if any has some solid info on how much test do u actually release after sex and approx how long does it take to replenish this?

i have been searching the net for hours and have not come across anything that explains this.

kind of a weird question, but i am very curious, i have ALOT of sex and i wanna see if holding back is worth it or even needed for mucle growth.
How quickly test levels get back to normal is dependant on many variables such as test level to begin with, dosage used in last cycle, number of cycles used (in total), average time off between cycles etc etc.

On AVERAGE, when test levels are low,, you experiance a mild depression (can't be arsed syndrome!LOL) you may feel quite tired most of the time & your 'ejaculation' will be more watery than usual.

a blood test is still the best way to go.

With regards to sex and muscle growth/test release, I'm not sure if you read Muscular Development(?), but Dr Carlon Colker recommends the more sex the better. As sex would be classed as high intensity exercise, you will certainly have an elevation in natural test levels ( again how much will be dependant on your normal test level). Also regular sex, either with someone else or DIY has been shown to be highly beneficial in preventing prostate cancer. I'm sure if you look on Bodybuilding.com you'll be able to pick up a copy od Dr Colkers book "Extreme muscle Enhancement"

Sorry this is so vague but i've tried to provide as much info as i can, inspite of the relativity of it. Hope it helps answer your question anyway.
