Even an egg 10 and 1pm meals would complement your diet well. The amino acid profile contained in the eggs makes up for the poor profile of the tuna and makes it a well rounded bodybuilding meal.

A drink of whey with your bagel at 8 would be ok too. A lot of guys on here (and many other forums) bang on about real food being the best thing for you, I don't agree. Many supplements are designed to suit the specific needs of the human body, solid foods are there because they are lumps of dead animal, or because they grow out of the ground. Many solid foods have allergenic properties or have been bred/farmed in ways that can be detrimental to health (battery chickens are a good example). You can build a top physique while relying heavily on supplements, I know many who have done this off season and pre-contest.

Personally I find it hard to eat all my food as solids so supplements are the only avenue left for me. When I was competing I was in a sales job which had me working 6 days and until 7pm 3 nights a week so as a single guy with a limited cooking ability I had to reply on supps, no matter how dedicated you are you can only eat tuna, beans and egg or turkey and veg so many times a day for 16 weeks before you wanna puke at the thought of it.

Anyway, thats my thoughts on it, feel free to disagree where you want to guys.
