I agree with Nick, It depends a bit on what your goals are and how large & what type of veggies your eating.
If its 200g of Broccolli or sprouts or sweetcorn, then its OK If its Potatoes or Peas then it'll be a little on the light side in which case just add 50g All-Bran to your 3rd meal protein shake; that'll boost your daily fibre consumption by 14g and it's recommended you try get approx 30g fibre in your diet each day to help maintain intestinal integrity. ______________________
