Urtica Dioica is the latin name for stinging Nettle; Testo sting retails at about 50 quid but you can get Stinging nettle tablets from Holland and Barrett for under a tenner (300mg per tab and 100 tabs per bottle).
Test sting = Over priced scam
The research does show an elevation in Free- test levels (Nettle is a bit like natures Proviron in that regard) however the impact on IGF levels and thyroid, if i recall correctly, were negligible.
It is also quite an effective diuretic if used properly.
