It's cool bud, i am fully aware of not being anywhere near as good as I could have been. Although its quite refreshing not to have people blowing smoke up yer ass. The worst thing i've found this year is when f**king people tell you 'You just need to get a bit tighter' - as if i'm not
absolutely busting my arse to do just that. I wish they'd just STFU, especially if they're not even gonna have the decency to suggest ways to tighten up!

The irony is that I, too, was one of those people! I got seriously ill just before the Robin Hood show, i shoulda pulled out of it to give my all to the Uni but I wanted to support Ken, especially with all the effort he put into it. It took me till the monday or tuesday before the UK to really get over it, but that was all over a month ago now so doesn't really matter.
I purposefully told only a couple of people at the time coz I wasn't gonna use it as an excuss. And i still wont use it as an excuse coz if i'd have been in better shape before hand it woulda had only a slight impact and I would have/could have done a lot better.
its all kinda trivial now coz i'm enjoying a nice few weeks away from the gym just relaxing. First time i've had time off (on my terms) in over 15 years; so I recon I bleedin' well deserve it!
