if it's proper Ephedra herb tea, you need to add 20g herb to one litre water and juice of a lemon. Bring to boil then simmer gently for 20 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter and store in fridge. Be careful with the dosages as it is the rea deal and can knock your socks off. Try 100ml first.
Ephedra/Ephedrine is not free for sale in Germany, but the pharmacy IS allowed to sell Ephedrakraut though many will not order it for you. I managed to find a pharmacy who would order it for me and I can assure you, it was the best Eph I ever took, including pure hcl. |
