hi, this is me, seriously out of shape as u can see! but everyone has to start somewhere!
im 100% dedicated at the mo, i have only been training for 4 weeks, i do cardio 5 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week (just hit the compound exercises) im managing to increase weight on all my lifts everyweek at the mo while losing about a pound of bodyweight a week, hope this keeps up!!
will post some new pics up in about a month and show u my progress.
