it basically flushes water out of your body... and can take lots of nutrients with it... including potassium... the bodys levels of potassium/sodium and water are all very closely linked... get the balance wrong and youll pop your clogs... its not something that should be "experimented" with...

there are also many natural dieuretics.... again how these are all used together is still a very fine line in terms of how well they will work....
approaching water loss from the point of view of "if i use this how will i respond" is the wrong approach....
