My first cycle About to join the dark side and comence by first cycle. Thought i'd post by plan, any advise welcome, also what sides can i expect! I've been training for about 6 years seen some good gains. Where i'm at now:
28, 6'1", 15 st 4lbs, 15% bodyfat, gd health.
Supplements: Whey, oats, malto, omega3, ZMA.
Cycle: 10 Weeks Test Eth 500mg (BD)
PCT: day 1 300mg clomid
day 2-10 100mg clomid
day 11-21 50mg clomid
day 1-14 40mg Nolva
day 15-30 20mg Nolva
Diet:
6:30 Oats/Fruit/Yoghurt/Milk
7.00 TRAIN
8:00 PWS
8:30 Eggs/Toast
11:00 Rice/Chicken/Veg
13:00 Tuna/Pasta/Veg
15:30 MRP + Bagel
17:30 Eggs/Toast
19:30 Meat/Veg
22:00 Protein Shake
Training:
TUES: Chest/Tris
THURS: Shoulders/abs
SAT: Back/Bis
SUN: Legs/Abs
4 sets of 4 exercises per body part 6-12reps (mainly compound exercises)
I am looking to bulk up ideally to 17stone, with low bodyfat. Any advice on my plan gratefully received! |
