Today Thursday, injected in calves last nght and you can probably guess i can't walk. calves have gotten tighter and tigher and the right calf is out for the count the left is ok'is. Im seriously considering packing the stack in. Im going to give it till the weekend then thats it as i cant go 10 weeks like this. Diet's the best it's ever been and training is great. It's just these ****ing injections, never had a problem b4. |
