there is no definite time to start i would not cut calories when you finish the cycle as you would lose size, i would advise to up cardio to 4 x week 30-40min each session.

i am on cycle at the moment and i carry out 3-4 30min sessions a week as long as your calories are sufficient then you will still make gains.
