Alright Fellas, Haven't been on for a few days, WOW what happened ???

Its all good, life would be pretty borin if we all agreed on everythin !! Gotta say tho I am really happy with the stright forward advice i'v been given n I feel more knowledgable and confident with regards to "A Day Before Weigh In".

This thread kinda reminds me of The Ultimate Fighter 3 show. In it one of the trainers, Ken Shamrock (a veteran n very very well respected MMA fighter n coach) chose to take a bodybuilder as his no.2. Many of the fighters were at a loss why he did this n refused to take on board the advice he offered, sayin his needs were different from theres. Yet some guys took the advice n swore by the results. Each to there own I say.
