they will grow over time mate... if your skinny they will normally be very thin... they are not really something you want to target at this stage as training them specifically will not help with your grip as they will be sore and youll suffer on other more important exercises...
concentrate on your basic training and eating for now and youll find yur forearms grow alongside the rest of you! no need to target them specifically at this stage! ______________________
