Here's a general suggestion for starters re your diet:
100g of oats for breakfast, then 3 solid meals and 3 mass building shakes spread throughout the day.Make sure that each of the meals consists of good protein (chicken, turkey, steak etc), carbs (jacket pot, sweet potatoes or parsnips) and plenty of veggies (especially lots of brocolli). There's a great sticky on the diet forum with bulking diet suggestions.

As for the training, I would concentrate on doing each bodypart once a week and make sure that for the time being you include lots of compound exercises in your sets. For example, on leg day, be sure to include squats, leg presses. On back day include deadlifts and rows.

See what you come up with and post it up for further comments
