alot of people cycle their carbs calories... so you may want to look to do this and have planned cheat days!
my own opinion tho is once your dieting your dieting... as long as you have your food prepared then there should not be a problem as youll be focussed on your condition and wont want to eat sausage rolls and pickled onions!! ______________________
