Current supp plan….since November 05 nothing!! not even vitamin c!!
Current training none since November 05
Plan to start back first week in sept
Current diet is very poor
Ie breakfast ….. Marmalde on toast or pate on toast
Lunch would be a Kentucky or a meal out snacks regular on sweets or chocolate
Dinner cooked from home ie a steak or chips and veg etc
Supper a bowl of cereal
Lots of milky coffee or mugs of tea throughout the day
Fruit can be a bananna or peaches the odd apple
VERY POOR EATING !! So a clean slate from sept !
