well i finally took the plunge, now nearly two weeks in. first week was doing 1 tab a day, second week been on 2, just wondering if its worth going up to 3 for the 3rd week? or if the extra gains will be insignificant? so far iv put on 3kg mass, possibly a bit of fat but mostly lean mass i feel. bench up 15kg, arm curls/hammer curls up 2kg on each arm, shoulder press up 4 kg on each arm. excuse the short post but @ work n shouldnt be on the web!!
any opinions appreciated
