New to muscle chat! I've just left the army and I should be fit, but after 9 months in Iraq with no time to use the gym and 4 months of pretraining (e.g. drinking) before that, my phsique has taken a real hammering.
So here I am. Me, a shopping channel stepper machine, a tub of MET-Rx protein powder, a gym membership and a shiny new mountain bike!
I'm out of the army now, but on paid leave for 2 months. So it looks like 2 months of solid fitness for me because i'm sick of people saying "you've put on weight" and talking about my muscular arms - which just aren't any more!
