Ma Huang herb safe to EAT? Looking at Ephedrine sources for my ECA stack I invested in some Ma Huang from a Chinese herbalist in town.
Thing is, I dunno how to prepare it! I made a tea with 2g of it yesterday and I got nothing from it, although apparently it's 6-8% ephedra which means 300mg or so should be a good 20mg Ehedra.
Could I just ingest a third of a gram - I have no idea how much I get from brewing a tea and it would be much dearer... |
