First cycle, seeking advice Ok, so ive been training for close to 4 years now. The past 8 months or so i have hit a brick wall in my gains.
I change up my training routine every 3-6 weeks. Ive done routines of heavy lifting with long rest, light lifting, high reps with short rest. From 3 day routines 5 day routines and currently doing a 6 day routine. Roughly a total of 60- 90 minutes of cardio a week.
I try everything possible to shock the muscles: Negatives, drop sets, pyramids, supersets, trisets etc.
now my diet: I eat at least 5 meals a day, usually 6. I intake roughly 180-200 grams of protein a day. My usual meals include whole wheat bread, oatmeal, eggs, chicken, turkey, yogurt, lean ground beef, fruits, not a big veggie guy but i try etc. just to give a general idea of how i eat.

A year ago i weighed over 200 lbs with a fair amount of body fat and a less strict diet. since then my goals have changed. Im going for the more defined, filled out look. I have horrible genetics for getting ripped.

I just recently got my hands on Winnstrol tabs.
100 tabs. i wish i was smart enough to know how mg each tab are, but im not. Ill describe them
Very small, square yellow tabs. One side has B|D on it and "10" on the other side.
I have also been "holding on to' 2 x10ml bottles of Test Enanthate from Gen Pro Labs for almost 7 months that i have not tried yet .
now my question is what would be a sensible cycle to do using these two products and at what dosage.
is there anyone who would protest of me using either one?
I wasnt going to use the Test and just go for the Winnstrol, but after reading these forums for a bit i thought it would be smarter to seek advice here.
A guy i work with said i should take 4 tabs per day, probably 1 hour or so before a workout.
