I've kicked the arse out of everything and used to go partying every sunday night then would train on a monday, to be honest the workouts were usually very good. We knew we'd be training and were mentally "in the zone" for it irrespective of the night befores pills and whizz.
What I did find was the whizz screwed with my blood sugar levels and made me binge like mad on the tuesday if we'd been out on the sunday, if I didn't binge the depression got me.
