A Diet Needed! Hello,
I am currently back in training and am trying to get things right!!
At the minute im not eating very much at all and know i need to eat more!! Could anyone send me a good diet to start with? I.E. what and when to eat. protein shakes etc.... I dont want to cut fat, just bulk up muscle........ Just need to know where to start so I can get my shopping list together.
any suggestions would be appreciated!
