routine and food advice Hi Ya I am 5ft 6ins in hieght 12st wanted to lose a bit of weight and then gain muscle i have just started back training after 20yrs do 3 to 4 day a week split routines I do not eat junk food I am at pasta, porrige, tuna etc any advice thoughs about what to change as regards food or routine.
I am 48yrs old like to give bodybuilding a real good go
