heres some of wot i have:
saturday - thursday:
8:00 : Reflex Protien Shake and porridge + fruit juice
12:00 Jacket Spud tuna & sweetcorn/Chicken salad sandwich/beef onion & mushroom bagette
15:00 fruit.. apple, pear etc
18:00 workout
19:30-20:00 Pasta chicken/omlette salad, chicken rice/(sometimes Jacket Spud/tuna
23:00: protien shake
I drink coffee at work (2 cups) anything diet (coke) and fruit juice (fresh orange or apple juice)
Friday:
this i kinda my relax day: everythings the same as any other day, but I usually go to the pub with work m8's and have a pint with a meal like fish n chips or curry n rice. sometimes i have a chocolate bar in evening |
