Hi everyone.. I've been half heartedly dieting/exercising for a year or so and although I'm slim, I need to reduce my bodyfat and get some definition so after trawling the web, I came across this site and thought the advice and support on here was pretty good...so joined ;o)

1st goal weight 121lbs
b/f - unsure but there are definately a few wobbly bits where by triceps should be and I can pinch a good inch around my rib area.
Ideal body - Halle Berry in Catwoman, (I think I've got my work cur out !) |
