Firstly, you look OK ! Not too fat, its not going to be that hard to lose it.
Aside from your protein shakes what protein are you consuming? Shakes should account for about 1/3 of your daily protein maximum, the rest should be from good quality meat and fish.
2 cheat days? 2 cheat days is FAR TOO MUCH.... perhaps 1 cheat MEAL per week is allowed. 2 whole cheat days at 6 meals/day is 12 cheat meals....
