bulking and cutting?? Hi all. I thought I better post this here since it really is a beginner question.
What are the main differences between bulking and cutting? The reason I am asking is that i cant find any solid info about each.
At the moment i suppose i am bulking, since i am only 140pounds at 6ft!! I am only doing intense weight training, no cardio. But the thing is, i suddenly upped my calorie intake, so i shocked my body into storing a bit of fat... oops! It seemed to deposit only around my stomach.. so after 19 years ( i am 19 by the way), i actually gave a podge belly and can grip a love handle.. NOOO!
So would cutting solve this? But i want to continue stimulating hypertrophy.... but i need to get rid of this podge.
