About creatine and whey protien I have been taken creatine ethyl ester irregularly for the past year. I usually take 3g post and pre work out. Just a bit unsure about its long term effects, should I take a rest period now for a few weeks?. I dont believe ive been taking it correctly. How should i really be taking it considering that i have taking it for a long time in the past, currently i have stopped.
On another note, is it essential to take whey protein before a work out, as i only take it after and before i sleep
