My goal at the moment is to put on mass, 14 stone is my goal, (13.9 at the mo 9% BF) im not planning on competeing, so nothing too serious.
I know what you mean by fake gains. I can tell my strength has not increased in comparison to size. But its got me looking bigger and better shaped for summer. So for someone like me who relies more on food than shakes i would prefer the pump apposed to using my money on shakes.
Also i have been trying for months to get passed the 13 stone barrier and now i have smashed it with Nitrix so the weight must be coming from somewhere? maybe from increased recovery rate. But at the end of the days its working well for me.
As for feeling the pump, when training my back for example by the end of a workout my back is so pumped its forcing my arms out away from my body pretty good if you ask me. |
