no thats not the correct way to take them... there are 2 difefrent reasons why youd want to use nolvadex:
1 - to protect against gynocomastia (bitch tits) - in this case you only really need them if you actually get this condition so just need them handy.
2 - as PCT (post cycle therapy), this is basically the process of restoring your bodys own natural testosterone production.. i.e. if you dont you wont keep many gains. have a read around the forum for further explanations on why to do this and what are the benefits etc.
