Quick update - put on 4 kg after 3 weeks of Max Lmg only. Just hit the Pheraplex and SD last monday. So far all is normal, although i'm having trouble keeping to my usual routine this week cos of random engagements. Quite frustrating but i'll just adapt my workouts this week to make sure all body parts get their fair share.
Got really shite acne at the moment - got it on the face first, but luckily it's clearing up. Got some on my chest at the mo tho, and they're proving more stubborn. I'm hoping they were a side from the LMG and won't be aggravated by the PP. We'll see. Luckily i've got a bit of antibiotic cream and will hit the Nizoral (i hear it's good used as soap over acne) and B5 if things don't clear up, or i might see the GP, although i hope they won't do a bloodtest.
Strength has gone up very slightly, probably at the rate where it would naturally, on a good week at least. I guess this might be inevitable since i'm probably less intense in my workouts now as now i'm working full time, rather than being a student.
I feel quite lethargic at times - dunno if this is the supplements or just cos i'm not used to working full time!
Missed my back workout on friday, was going to do it today but got roped into doing gardening, and my gym closes early at the wknd. Quite frustrating, but i'll just go wild with pull ups on my bar at home, and some medium weight rows on my old barbell here. Annoyed that i can't hit the deads! |
