Default Increasing strength

Hi,

i was wondering if there where any particular methods or rountines for increasing strength. in particular i would like to increase the amount i can bench press. at the moment i can bench 105kg which isnt too bad bearing in mind im only 17 yet i feel it should be much higher. so any advice would be much appreciated.
