post workout nap? hi all. just want to clear up something i heard. Is it advisable to have a nap straight after the PWO shake. I was told that straight after an intense workout, the muscles are in need of the nutrients in the PWO shake and rebuilding takes place right away. So therefore to aid this a nap would be good? Is this true?
I am asking because I workout early in the mornings. I wake up at 6, have my oats and whey, off to the gym for 7, workout till 8, and back in bed for 8.30 for an hour or so nap.
Is this helping or not with hypertrophy?
