Right mate, are you going to shed some light on the stuff you've raised in your other threads. I may have missed a thread but I still don't know:
a) what your diet is like (perhaps give a typical day's example)
b) What's this about not getting to the gym. Do you have a home gym? I think if you want to get big, as you say, you're going to have to bite the bullet and sign up to a gym
c) what is your typical week's training at the moment
