If your diet is crap, which it is, and you're only going to the gym 2-3 times a week then you'll get very little from your Dbol.
I don't think they're a good oral to take by themselves for long periods, harsh side effects etc. Any gains you get you'll probably lose soon after.
Do you even have a clue as to how long to take them? What about PCT, Nolvade etc? No doubt you don't know what that is. Without this you could have some very embarrasing and serious side effects.
You're really going about this in the wrong way. Nobody can stop you from taking them but you could end up really regreting not doing a lot more research first. It has too be said that your "I'm going to take them anyway" attitude, sucks.
I hope you hold back on taking them until you sorted out all of the above. Why dont you post up your detailed diet and training routine then some of the experienced members can offer you some professional advice.
Also, there's no easy way even with steroids. You still have to work your ass off week-in week-out. |
