Members here are unlikely to recommend steroids before seeing your diet and routine. you say you've been training for 4 years for 3 days a week, well you could increase that to 4 times a week. But, if your diet and training routine isn't right then you won't grow.
It sounds as if you're not ready for steroids as you are not willing to accept some side effects (from the mild to the more severe, depending on the person and steroid, including orals). Oral only cycles can be harsh on your body as a result most people tend to go for injectables. Dbol, as most will say, is not a good first cycle. You need to do a lot more research.
Post up your diet and routine so the members can advise you on any weak areas.
